And she has Synesthesia. personality Naira is not really a very active person when it comes to being rather social, she is just the type of girl who tries her best to not put herself on the spotlight and just spend time doing things like drawing or painting, reading a book or playing board games with friends. Her introverted nature might push her to not go out much but that doesn't mean she is extremely shy, she is just one of those girls who need the others to speak to her first in order to be able to establish a conversation. For the most part Naira will step back when having a fight, because more than wanting to continue it she will just answer you in a calm way, hoping you will do the same so the fight can turn into a conversation, or discussion and if that doesn't work she will gladly back away and not bother you again. She is a person to rely on though, since she clearly doesn't do much, she will have plenty of free time, so if something needs to be done on a last minute mission then she is the one to call for she will most likely have free time; plus she will be more than happy to be able to help. The abusive past that she experience didn't place a dent in her personality, or at the very least not as harsh as it could be due to the fact that that period of abuse didn't carry on for longer than half a year. Even so, some authority roles do tent to scare her off and if she is ever in the need to be alone with one she will keep herself close to the nearest exit and more nervous than usual. One of them being the fact that they didn't exactly interacted much with people who wasn't family or old friends. It wasn't that they weren't ones to speak to others but the introverted nature was a family trait so they kept to themselves and only spoke to the neighbors when needed. It was something that little Naira learned; you speak to people but you never truly speak to them for that long or actually become their close friends and if they do, it takes a while. While growing up, Naira developed a passion for drawing, although it was slightly different than what most people would want for a little girl. Naira is the type of girl who believes in ghosts, so when her drawings began to show off how much her believes had grown she was placed under the care of a therapist. It wasn't that she needed therapy, not at all, she was a perfectly healthy girl, only that her mind was a little too creative for the people in that community. So while she tried to let people know that even though she draws something weird, and she speaks to her teddy bear, she is by no means crazy; she knows what its real and what's not so she felt like there was no need to keep her there. Naira's life, for the most part, was actually just your typical life. There were no mayor events that pushed her to some bad habits, no real trouble that she got into; not divorce that made her crave attention. However, that, "most part" is where the secret lies. The therapist set her in a special class, and it was in that special class that she met the teacher who made six months of her life a living hell. It all started out as just words, typical insults, which caused the people around her to back away. Then it escalated to punishments, locking her away in a closet for hours, work labor; then came the physical part, hitting her, gripping her arm too tight. Then somehow, someway, to sexual. It was in that point that she was transferred to a different school; not because she let her parents know but because of them moving away. It was a different district so they had to switch schools to one close to them; even so, her idea of teachers was never quite the same, so when she turned sixteen it was in that second that she decided school wasn't her path. After much discussion, she convinced her parents to help her with her dream, an art gallery; it wasn't easy, but it was good that her family wasn't particularly the normal type. After some work, she got her own apartment, a little place, nothing fancy; then her parents got her a small studio. With both the help of her parents and her work she began to build it up, trying to get it running. She might be a shy person, but the only topic she feels absolutely confident with it's art, so maybe opening this place was the best decision. parents Dorian Adams • chef • LIVING Elliot Adams • architect • LIVING siblings N/A significant other In a relationship with Foxworth Neil Beltz. history Fox and Naira met when she was sixteen years old; and when she was still at school. It had been a very simple day of course but it was rather nice to finally find someone who could understand her and who didn't seem to mind that she is not the social butterfly that everyone around her seems to be. And the fact that he understands her really helped for her to open up to him. By now they have been together all this time, and he is the one who knows about her undying love to make her art gallery work out; and he taught her how to be fluent in ASL. It was definitely something that helped bond them together and something that caused their relationship to grown further into something other than just a high school crush. Now, they both seemed to be working out their paths, and she is pretty much there whenever he needs her. She enjoys life the way it is, she is very happy to have him in her life and so far their relationship seems to be rather stable and going smoothly. the puppeteer your alias MEL n.n time rping umm...for about 4-5 years. how did you find us Jellyfish got me here xD. entrance word ADMIN EDIT rp sample D'arcy likes this, she likes being outdoors and just be able to let go of all the crazy shit that has been happening all around easton. A small sigh escaped her lips and she couldn't help but wonder what others were doing at the moment. She, assumed that most people were actually focusing on heading over to the concert that the school was being held. It was such a typical thing to do that D'arcy didn't even thought about heading over and spending the time there. Concert and diner. That is just not the type of deal for this woman, she is not really a typical person, and if she is, she sure doesn't feel like it. Staying in a room with many others, just having the same food, listening to the same people and doing the same. It wasn't really something she likes, so this idea that she got of coming here to the forest and do some rock climbing had been the best she had gotten. Yes, she is definitely pleased with this moment, and she knows that spending it with Thorton was only going to make it better. She has never been one to understand why people need to make such a huge production about Valentines day; its really just a normal day in her mind. If you want to give someone a special night or a great gift, then it would be even more special if you do it at any other day. For example, she would rather getting one on September 18 or whatever. However she knows that most people don't think that way, which makes her wonder why others do like it. Oh well, she is probably never going to understand so why bother. "Well if you think you will be fine then alright" she mentioned with a smile on her lips as they reached her spot. She smiled brightly while looking around, loving the fact that they were finally going to be able to do this, or rather, her. It had been a long time since she last do this, and what better way to do it that with her. A nod happened and she let go of his hand. "What do you say? do you want to go first and secure the rope? or should I do that?" she asked him "There are some hooks already placed on the rocks so it should be easier for you to do it" she mentioned. Like stated before, she has been here several times before and she knows very well that some hooks had been left there because she tends to do this on her own, and leaving them there caused things to be simpler. Part of her was also wishing to do it without the ropes, because that would make things more exciting yet they had already had enough stressful experiences and this should be for them to have fun. Her eyes moved to look around the place, stretching her arms a little above her head while she stepped away from him. Her shirt was already see through, or at least one of them which already caused a draft to spread over her body, plus the shorts she was wearing, maybe she shouldn't be stretching and causing her shirt to ride up. Then again, that was going to keep happening as she will be stretching over while climbing. Oh well, at least it wasn't particularly cold at the moment. "Or, we could both start and see who gets there first" she added with a smirk while turning to look at him. Now, she has no real clue how good at this he actually is, but she has been doing this since she was little, so she is confident that she could beat him, and if not, then she will be very close to doing so. A little competition never hurt anyone, and she knows that this isn't one where either would end up upset for losing. God knows she is not a sour loser, and she doubts he is one. A small smile came to her lips, waiting patiently for him to respond to her. . [/style] [/style] |
