Dakota is a daredevil junior who will do anything once. He's a bit immature, but a ridiculously loyal friend. He despises bullies and will have anyone's back when dealing with them. A little intimidating at first, he's just a marshmallow on the inside and treats all his female friends as if they were his little sister. He's a skater, loves tattoos and anyone interesting looking. Occasionally a smart ass. He actually studies, so he gets pretty good grades.
I'm pretty much looking for one girl for him to be hopelessly in love with. She doesn't have to like him back, but he's kind of a try hard, so he might get annoying. Also looking for some friends, girls or guys, doesn't matter. If there are any bullies around, conflict is always fun as well. ^ ^

If you can get passed the tattoos and intimidating exterior, Dakota is a loveable guy. He loves people who can surprise him or make him think differently. Anyone with a strong personality, he'll gravitate toward. If you're being bullied, he has your back, regardless of who you are. He's a little immature, but that just results in fun kid-like antics when hanging out with him. He also loves to skateboard, so there's a possibility to bond over sports like that.

He hasn't gotten close enough to love someone yet. He still treats his girl friends like they're little sisters, so he'd probably only respond to an advance if it was completely obvious. Dakota tends to be very protective of his friends as well.
When he falls in love, he falls pretty hard. Nothing he does is ever half-assed. So until you break his heart, he will put you on a pedestal.

Welcome!! I'm Jericha ♥ So these are my Brentwood babies. I find it a bit easier to show you who they are, give you a little bio about them and where they are currently. No one knows your character like you, so you tell me what/if you see anything with any of them. Don't be afraid to suggest things because I do love drama! I did put notes in a few of them that stood out like neon flashing signs, but if you're interested in knowing more about any of them here is the plotter for my high school students and though I haven't included any of them here, these are my locals, two of which just graduated from Brentwood.

For the first two and a half years at Brentwood, he was considered an Artist. He doesn't care about social status, but he does have the influence and connections of an Elite. He and Dakota actually have quite a bit in common. Brady is Brentwood's 'It Guy'. When you say Brady Dean, everyone on campus know's who he is. He's the goofy guy, doesn't take a whole lot seriously outside his brothers, music and friends. Brady loves to have fun and joke around, get into mischief and just live his life. He's charming, a flirt by nature, but that's part of who he truly is and it's harmless because he flirts with everyone. Music is his passion (he plays bass) and is in a band right alongside his 3 best friends. He's a surfer boy (born and raised in Florida) and loves the beach beyond comprehension. Brady is the captain of the baseball team and he plays basketball. Everyone knows he deals with intense demons, thought he doesn't talk about them. On his 16th birthday, Brady's older brother (Carter) was driving and answered a text that Brady had sent him. Carter lost control of his Jeep and went head on into a pole. Three days later, he died due to the injuries he sustained. Brady harbors the guilt of his brothers death and had to become the 'man of his family' since his father passed away 3 years prior. He feels like he fails his younger brothers miserably (Ryan Dean, 16. Elias Dean, 15) and on some level he does. Currently Brady is dating his best friend of 15 years, Jesse Hawthorne, but he is also in love with his other best friend, Noah Evans. [/style][/style][/style]

Courtney can come across as very cold, pretentious and self-righteous and on some level she truly is, it was the way she was raised. She is extremely intelligent and doesn't try to hide it, instead uses it to her advantage. As a junior, she was president of the national honor society, student council and business club. Her career has always been her main focus and Courtney even got an early acceptance to the Fashion Institute so she could complete her senior year at Brentwood while beginning her first year in design school. But, all of that changed or at least on some level. Courtney fell in love with (basic) Tyler Hemsworth and after a very dramatic love triangle, the two of them are together and have just had a daughter, Isabelle Catherine. [/style][/style][/style]

She is from Ufa, Russia and even though Brentwood students are finishing up their school year, she has already finished hers. A dancer, Eliza was invited to audition for the California Ballet Company, so she took this opportunity to convince her father that this was going to be a good experience, but that was only partial truth. Eliza comes from a very traditional family where the girls are all prepared for a life set out for them, including their future husband, but she wants no part of that in the least. a hopeless romantic, eliza wants to find love and that forever fairytale happiness, so her intention is to hopefully make it into the ballet so she never has to go home again. She is sweet, soft-spoken (but not timid or naive) and once you get to know her she can be quite silly. Most of her life was devoted to dancing, though she's looking to change that up a little and finally allow herself to be a normal teenager and actually partake in social activity since she missed out on so much of that because of her focus in regards to dance. She definitely has a very strong personality and no time for people who treat others like crap and will call them out on their behavior without thinking twice. Gia is a popular by birthright, just as wealthy as the next student, but her core makes her an artist. She keeps a lot of her passion locked away courtesy of her mother, who has serious psychiatric issues and does nothing but remind her that music is useless. Gia learned at a very young age that having the script flipped on you in half a second was always a possibility but then there were certain things that would trigger a downgrading episode. Her love of music was one of those, so Gia put that aside, at least on the outside so she didn't have to constantly hear about how pathetic she was. Girl gamer is one way to describe Gia. She finds something comforting in the ability to retreat and just play video games. Up until she found out she was pregnant, Gia was also a social butterfly and a party girl. She is still quite social, but the partying came to an abrupt halt. Gia has traded all of that in for her favorite role, mom. She and her boyfriend Tommy are new parents to twins, Benjamin and Darcy and even if it's not the perfect timing, Gia couldn't be happier. [/style][/style][/style]

She appears to be shy, though really she's situationally shy, usually when she doesn't know someone. Intelligent beyond comprehension, she is at Brentwood on a full academic scholarship in science and hopes to one day win the Nobel Peace Prize for her research she's been working on during her internship at the hospital (she intends to see her research all the way through). Jae is humble, she's sweet and while she is well aware of her strengths and where she comes from, she does not draw light to it. She's an advocate and stands up for what she believes in. If you can get past the exterior shyness, you'll realize that she's your typical teenager who loves to do cliche girly things. Because of her shyness she does come across as very 'basic' but she's not, not in the least. There's a sassy side to her, silly and the girl who just wants to have fun. [/style][/style][/style]

He's had a taste of fame (with his brother Bentley) with his band being signed to a major record label, but his own behavior caused them to get released and after all of the drama, he landed himself with a new life in a new state far away from everything he knows. He's social, loves to party and is really just your typical guy. Kingston loves sports, playing them, watching, talking about them. Naturally he loves to flirt and is pretty much a play boy with no intention of settling down any time soon. He's determined to get back what he had, so he's on the look out for his new crew to help him create a new band that will wow the record executives. [/style][/style][/style]

She's got this silly, sassy disposition about her and just loves to have fun and do all the normal things a teenage girl wants to do. Niya is social, she loves hanging out with her friends, partying (not drinking, just having fun), shopping, going out to the movies, that sort of thing. Music is her dream and one day she wants to be a professional singer. but, with that comes the chance that it won't happen and she knows that. Niya is extremely intelligent though she doesn't try to hide it, she doesn't act like a know it all either. She has a fiery side to her and if she thinks someone is being hurt or bullied, Niya is the first person to defend them. She can be quite innocent in certain ways, but that's her own personal choice. Don't confuse that with her being naive, because she's not in any way. Her family means everything to her, especially Alec and Lucas. they have always been her two biggest supporters and the people she leans on. [/style][/style][/style]

Olivia is following in her mothers footsteps and is an actress. She's had a few small, reoccurring roles on tv shows and has been in a couple commercials. Olivia is a silly-heart, loves to joke around and maybe play a few pranks here and there. She can be situationally dramatic (in a fun way). Olivia loves to be social, hang out with her friends and just have fun being a teenager. Basically, she's come all the way across the world with hopes that she will develop a relationship with her half-brother, but she's hopeful and is looking forward to everything that goes along with it. Romeo can see the world for the beauty that most don't and he has a way of capturing it in a picture in ways most people couldn't dream. What he does then is manipulates it into something beyond imaginable, beautify in a rare form and something so breathtaking that he's been selling his artwork since the age of eight. Romeo is a bit of a flirt, but a romantic at heart. He loves to just be around people and in a sense live a normal life for the son of a multimillionaire. Really, he's just doing his own thing. What you see isn't always what you get, but you won't even understand that part unless you've crossed her. Sofia comes across as very sweet, outgoing, fun, bubbly, social butterfly and basically just an all around great friend to have. She's a cheerleader, she writes for the school newspaper, dabbles in blogging, national honor society, student council and so on. What you don't see is the devious side of her and that is putting it mildly. While what you see isn't a lie, it's a hazy smoke that covers the rest of her. Sofia and Ellie are a force you don't really want to reckon with because they are sneaky and under the radar. No one would ever believe that those 'sweet twins' are capable of doing things like setting someone and getting them expelled. They are vindictive, perceptive, intelligent and one step ahead of everyone else. Both twins are fueled by different things, for Sofia it's a fear of rejection, so she makes sure that she never is. Unless you cross her you'll never see that side to her, so don't fret. When it comes to matters of the heart she tends to only date casually and steps away before it can get serious or she can be let down. In terms of friendships, while it may seem like she has close friends it's all at a distance for her. The only person she can trust wholeheartedly is her twin Ellie. [/style][/style][/style]

Jae Hwa and Dakota: Seems like the most promising. She's adorableeee . <3 And if she struck him as interesting, he'd totally be able to break her out of her shell if they hung out at all after school. They'd probably be competitive in class, since he's there on academic scholarship as well, but he needs it. His family isn't exactly rich. So them studying together wouldn't be too far fetched. I like it. Thread? =)

Brady and Dakota:
He'd probably assume Brady is a jerk at first since he's so popular and everything. Brady would have to be the one to do the out reach, but if he's cool and not a bully, they could definitely get along.

Gia and Dakota:
Twins, huh? That'll prevent you from being social. She doesn't look like she'd be popular or anything, so if they ever met he'd probably be cool with her. Girl gamer? Sweet. Video games are awesome. xD Though Dakota prefers playing outside to inside.... actually, if they've known each other for a while, he might be good with her kids. He has a ton of energy for that stuff.

Read up on your residents as well.

Adriana and Dakota:
They would get along well too. He could keep up with her endless energy and think she's awesome what with being in a legit band. That's totally cool. I'm not sure how they would meet unless they'd met at school before so. If you've got any ideas there. ^ ^

JAE AND DAKOTA - isn't she!? the second i read dakota's app, i was like eeeek, okay these two could have epic plottage! i think if he's willing to talk to her even if she's shy, he'll be able to see the more outgoing side of her. friendly competition and studying sounds like the beginning of something epic and promising. i say we thread them immediately!!!

BRADY AND DAKOTA - if dakota's gone to brentwood for longer than the last i'd say six months, he would have known that brady was classified as an artist (i made him an artist, but the site characters made him a lot more popular than i had ever intended him to be). he would probably have already thought dakota was cool people, so no doubt he'd talk with him and try to get to know him.

GIA AND DAKOTA - yes, twins. go figure the first time she has sex she gets pregnant with twins. she and tommy live in the school owned apartments with a live in nanny, so she does get a small amount of free time, not a whole lot yet though. gia doesn't feel popular, she just exists as who she is, but i can definitely see them as great friends. she has no problem doing things outdoors and while she loves a little friendly video game competition, she loves any sort of friendly competition.

ADRIANA AND DAKOTA - adriana literally just graduated in june, so that could be it. she could really REALLY use some friends in her life that just get it and want to hang out and be crazy and enjoy life. even if they didn't somehow meet at school, we can find a way to make it work because it's a must!!!

tanner - (my only baby, so far, but i'll post back when suny gets accepted, since i feel like they'd get along famously) - tanner has had his experiences with bullying, and i think with that, along with the fact that they seem to share a love for music (dakota likes loud music, right?), they'd get along fairly well. tanner's not one to open up to people, but i can see him being relatively comfortable around dakota, maybe they could jam out or go to concerts together, share music, that sort of thing. what do you think?

ryan is the younger brother of brady dean, who's followed by the baby of the family elias. ryan did a lot of bursting out of his shell this year going from quiet baby ry ry to the adorable little badass he is today. the elite is fairly nice, enjoying the company of his brother, his brothers best friends, and his girlfriend niya dawson. ry does not trust many people outside of his social circle so actually establishing a friendship in which trust is involved will be difficult. but he's always happy devoting his life to volunteering and music which he wants to pursue once he gets out of brentwood.

izzy is my candy addict foreign girl. she grew up up in beijing, china where she was adopted by her fathers at the age of two after her mother left her as a newborn in a park. she has major abandonment issues as well as problems with coping with being the anchor that pulled her family down for so long. but here she is in sunny l.a where she is the drummer for the pop rock band souls alive with her best friends (addie, adri, roxy,and celia). izzy loves just about everyone until you give her a reason not to and those reasons would be messing with her best friends, her boyfriend, and her brothers. standing at 5'2 this chick has been doing mixed martial arts since she could walk and takes up boxing (underground) so deal with that if you want to.

kieran is my canadian writer from vancouver, who only goes by dom, which is just a variant of his middle name. up until the middle of his sophomore year and high school dom thought his life was pretty much normal. he did things like a normal teenager and could always be found with the little korean girl named yeona, his best friend. but then a lot of stuff about his father and suddenly his life wasn't so normal anymore. his father had been kidnapping people to subject them to a series of experiments that unfortunately ended their lives. now he's serving consecutive sentences in prison and his son and daughter have escaped to l.a to start over. dom isn't a very open person, he doesn't trust anyone but yeona so making friends would be hard though underneath all of his walls he really is a nice boy. he's just afraid of his past coming back to haunt him. enemies are something i see him having a lot of since he gets irritated rather quickly and just doesn't give a damn about other peoples problems. so he subjects himself to a confined life so there's no one who'd be able to hurt him if they tried.

last but not least is robin grew up in a single parent home with him, his mother and his sister. had a well off childhood before cancer took his mother from him, leaving him in the care of his sister who was now well off in college and had a kid on the way. they lived normally like this with him in brentwood and pursuing his acting career. his senior year in high school he lost his sister to drug overdose leaving him with his sisters daughter who he has adopted. now a freshman in college he's juggling his career, being a parent, a student, and falling for one of his professors. he's a very opinionated man and if you dont like it, well that's too bad because he's not changing that. he specializes in being overly confident and intimidating.

this lovely little girl would be april washington, born and raised in compton, california. she grew up in a single parent home with her father and older brother. as she got older april started dancing and thus devoting much of her life to it. her father stopped coming around thus leaving them to have to take care of themselves. her brother, one of the most important people in her life, is part of a gang and though she wants to care for him and make him quit she's comes to terms with it. after witnessing the death of her eldest brother she moved in with her aunt getting her life together and earning a scholarship to brentwood. this is her first year here and she's a rather quiet girl the only person she knows is nova reed, someone she knew from when she lived in compton. april has a fiery attitude going from zero to a hundred in less than a few seconds. this girl is very trusting and kind, and though she doesn't interact much with people she's severely kind and caring.

this is fiery piece of woman is madison perreti, she's a small town cajun girl from louisiana who just moved to california. her life before hand has been sort of a whirlwind from getting engaged and losing her best friend in a freak accident. after taking custody of her best friends son she tried to continue living as she had before but nothing was the same, and this followed on for a year until she couldn't take it anymore. in the beginning of may she traveled here to california to make a new start, without her fiance. maddie is an overall friendly person who loves to have fun and enjoys being outside. making friends comes easy to her save for her morbid sense of humor which sometimes freaks people out but hey she grew up with men its not much of a choice. for a long time she has been afraid of anyone with a record, criminals and convicts weren't her crowd to hang around. She has a deep disliking for for anyone in this category mostly because she's afraid of them and thinks they all around horrible people who don't deserve her time.
